Hey Scotty, I have a 2000 Toyota Celica GT, it's got over 275000 miles on it and it's an automatic giving P0300. The strange thing is after driving for 30 minutes or so the misfires stop entirely and the vehicle acts fine. If I shut it off and start it again it will continue to act fine unless I leave it off for a long period of time( like an hour). Also running it with Overdrive off makes the issue stop quicker Like high RPMs are changing something. Someone said that my Cold start fuel injector might be leaking. Thoughts?
