Hi I have a 2004 Ford Expedition and when it is cold the windows go up and down slow. I replaced all four window motors with Chinese ones ( though the buttons now work backwards) and the windows are still slow. They are a little better but still not work as they should in the cold. Any ideas?

try lubing the window tracks with silicone grease
