Scotty,
I have a 2004 GMC Sierra 1500, Automatic, 5.3L, 249,000 miles. I've never had the AT fluid changed, I've had no problems with it. What are the problems with changing it now. I know it needs changing but a little scared at the same time. Help!

Just save the old fluid in case there's an issue, but you'll probably be ok.
