Hi just wondering is it ok if I change the automatic transmission filud on my Toyota Rav4 2014 with 82000 miles?
How does the fluid look? (Color, smell burnt, any embedded particles?). Does it shift fine? These are the questions to ask. But at that mileage and on those transmissions, you should be fine draining and filling the transmission fluid (along with the filter, if applicable). After you change the fluid, be sure to then change every 40,000-50,000 miles.
