IS this necessary? 1995 toyota Camry 197,000km Manual Tranmission. Was just going to get a oil change... and logbook said to change Spark Plugs and Oil in Manual tranmission box.
ARe the Manual Tranmission oil need changing?

You are at 122,000 miles. If you haven’t changed the oil in your manual transmission, it’s not a bad idea to go ahead and do it when you have a chance. It’s splash lubrication so it can be changed at any time.
