Charging Dual Batteries

First off, really appreciate the helpful information on your channel.  I have a 99 Dodge Ram 2500 4x4 long bed with the Cummins diesel, 5 speed stick and 4.10 LSD.  I only drive it about 3-4 times a month since it gets about 15 mpg compared to my 2016 Corolla at 35mpg.  In attempt to maintain both batteries, do I need to alternate connecting my battery tender to each battery or can I just leave it on one?

Thanks,

Mark

it depends on how they're connected

If the batteries are connected in parallel, ie positive to positive and negative to negative, putting your charger on one will charge both.
