Hey scotty, i have a 2019 honda civic lx cvt with almost 50,000 miles on it. I still have the originsl tires that came with the car when i bought it brand new. However, i think i am in need of new tires. Where is the best and cheapest place to buy brand new tires without spending a ton of money. Does walmart sell the cheapest tires for the quality rubber you get? Or well else would you recommend brand new tires from that you get the best bang for your buck?
Stay away from cheap Chinese tires. WalMart "Douglas" brand is made by Goodyear and is a decent budget tire and the ones I've seen are made either in USA or Brazil.

Generally, you get what you pay for. When I had my 2013 Ford Fusion, a tire blew out because I ran over a pothole. They were Fuzion tires, made by a Chinese company. When I took the car to Tire Discounters to get a replacement, they told me they were so bad, they stopped carrying them. I replaced all 4 tires.
Right now, I have Kelly all-terrain tires on my Ranger. Sure, it's louder than an equivalent Goodyear tire, but I don't care, it's a truck. Goodyear also produces Kelly tires, but they're bottom shelf. I had Kelly All-season tires on my HHR. As long as it's made in the USA, you should be OK.
Walmart has the cheapest tires with name branded ones like Douglas, Good year etc.... They have tread life of upto 60k miles. But in Sam's Club it's little bit more pricey but not too much and you get free Wheel balancing and tire rotation for up to certain miles maybe like up to 20,000 miles. The choice is yours.
