Looking at a 2008 toyota avalon. Check engine light is on but there are no codes and scanner thinks somethings wrong (red light glowing) what can it be?
What scanner are you using? Most auto parts stores should be able to scan the car for free.
Foxwell NT301, its pretty good i think it was in one of Scottys videos
