hi I have kia sorento I have changed my oil and oil filter and my check engine loght turned on on the dashboard but I have noticed that the dipstick has crossed the full mark of oil just millimeters what do u think the reason to that please ?
Year, miles, engine?

My dad's Chevrolet recently showed a code P0024. Bank 2 Camshaft. P0014 is bank 1. First thing is change oil. If your engine is Variable valve Timing you may need to change VVT selenoids

Do not run oil too far above the full mark. 2-3 millimeters may be okay. If over that, drain some out.
Check engine light needs to be checked with a scanner. Some auto parts stores will do it for free.
