Hey Scotty, I have a 08 GMC Duramax 2500 HD Extended Cab 4x4 that I paid 5500 for. When it rains, the drivers side floor gets wet under the rubber flooring and never over it. Water comes from the rear to the front under the rubber floor. It has never been hit and it is not the heater core. Any clue other than weather striping? Thank you.

Does it have sunroof?
No sunroof, and it isn't leaking around the Onstar antenna, not leaking in the windshield, back glass, or coming in any windows.
I would check the rubber weather stripping and also check the door drains as well. Check this video as well:
