Hi, i have a 2006 lexus es330 with 75k miles. got a check engine light. went to AutoZone got codes p0306 and p0356 for cylinder 6 misfire. swapped cylinder 5 and 6 ignition coils and had codes read. still showing same codes but now also p0354. what could be the issue? also i recently had all 6 spark plugs replaced. Thanks

Normally, I would say coil is a problem, but with your switch, perhaps connections are not up to snuff? Before going any further, I would clean, inspect, repair if need be connectors on all cylinders. Corrosion, … make sure if it’s not just that, first! If still not a fix, … coil replacement will be required, … most likely.

try swapping the fuel injectors too
