I have a lexusIS250 2008 with 140k miles. Check VSC cane on with the check engine light. Code read as catalytic converter. It also has a leaky exhaust. Tried cata clean and fuel cleaner. Didn’t do anything. Also check gas cap which was fine. Any other suggestions ? Thanks.

Fix whatever is causing the leak. The computer uses oxygen sensors before and after the catalytic converter to check the efficiency of the catalyst. Exhaust leaks will mess with the efficiency of the catalytic converter and trip a false indication. Catalytic converters are designed for the lifetime of the car.
As far as the fuel cap, if it's the original fuel cap, replace it with another OEM one.
