Witch is a better buy a 1998 Chevy Blazer or a 2000-2002 Chevy Suburban
2000 Suburban. They have relatively less problems in carcomplaints.com.
Depends on maintenance and service records. All else equal, I'd get the Suburban (no later than MY 06)
Also, the Blazer is uneededly ugly and for a similar price you might as well get the larger and thus more practical Suburban.
Simple carcomplaints search and old GM reputation tells me both will have electrical problems.

I personally like the 4Runner a lot better. I despise the Blazer's sloped front end, headlights, and rear windows. I mean what is that?? It seems like its for more visibility but from a styling standpoint its hideous

Meh, its still ok. The front is the next gen 4Runner and the rear looks like a Tundra. Definitely not the best Toyota truck.
