I was wondering if i should replace the spark plugs wires or coils on my Chevy silverado 1500 when i change my spark plugs its a 1996 with a 5.0 engine with 300000 plus miles it runs good though i recently replaced the ignition system the fuse box the fuel filter it starts but stalls when on and sounds like its not getting enough fuel pressure if the new spark plugs dont fix the problem then i was going to change the fuel injectors also

Pressure test your fuel pump.

Hook up a fuel pressure gauge to the Schrader valve on the fuel rail and read the pressure with the engine running. This sounds like a weak fuel pump, if it's original, it has 300k miles on it. It should hang around 60 PSI. If it drops as it runs, the fuel pump is likely weak.
