Depends on the year.
I prefer the older F150's, but the new trucks are terrible. Silverado isn't great either.

Worse in terms of reliability or some other spec(s)? And then which years? Both had years/generations were they were good in terms of (long term) reliability.

From what I can gather from Scotty, GM is terrible except for maybe the Silverado/Sierra 2500 HD series. If you are looking at the 1500 series GM versus Ford F150, I think Ford is better. That said, get the Toyota Tundra instead of the GM 1500 or Ford F150.
