Hi scotty Kilmer. Will a 1968 Chevy small block alternator and the brackets fit a 1980s Chevy small block. are they the same?

Well I doubt it because the configurations of fan belts and alternators and power steering stuff changes over the years you could look and see but you're not going to know until you try it's such a big year difference generally there's a bunch of changes
