2006 Chevrolet Trailblazer LT, 5.3 Vortec V8, automatic transmission, 178,000 miles.

  • Having a possible ABS problem. A failed wheel speed sensor caused the vehicle to go into Non-ABS mode. Replaced the wheel speed sensor and now it goes into either ABS or Non-ABS mode. When it's in ABS mode, the truck jerks on first take-off, the traction-control light flashes and a groaning noise is heard when applying brakes. When in Non-ABS mode, it doesn't jerk, no groaning noise is heard and the ABS, SERVICE ABS & SERVICE TRACTION CONTROL lights stay on.

What are all the codes?

The only code that comes up is for the fuel level sensor but that code has been active for years.
