I recently bought a 1 owner 05 Acura TL automatic with 131,000 miles. I took it to my local mechanic and he mentioned it's just an upgraded Accord and is dependable. However, when I am going about 60 miles/hour, the car shakes a bit. The mechanic said that it could the fact that the previous owners rotated the tires front pair to back, vice versa and not replaced them but I am not sure.
I really want this car to last a long time and I am really worried about the transmission since these are notorious for failing so I hope it's not that. Any advice on how to keep it running as long as possible?

It could just be old or unbalanced tyres. If the tyres are older than 6yrs, I’d recommend you buy 4 new good quality tyres.
