I have a 2018 Honda Civic that doesn't like to start after a fillup! The purge valve was changed...no difference! There is never an engine light..no code. My mechanic is at a loss...Honda Service says they have never heard of such an issue and without a code trip, it would simply be a hunting trip...any suggestions?

Have your mechanic check the purge valve function with a bidirectional scan tool.
