Hello gentlemen
I was wondering if I could use mass air flow sensor to clean my oxygen sensor is that ok ?
or should use something else to clean them?

Well you can't really clean them. You can try but they get hot and stuff that would bake on those would not come off. They basically made to be self cleaning anyway

You want to clean with MAF-sensor cleaning fluid, right???
(I don't use these, but I guess it will be able to remove carbon deposits on your oxygen sensor)
