clicking noise coming from right front wheel area 2007 honda civic

three days ago a clicking noise started from the right front wheel/axle area on my 2007 honda civic manual transmission with 145000 miles.

it is reproducable by spinning the wheel in neutral while jacked up.

all the visible axle/cv/etc seals and gaskets seem okay. I cant tell if the click is coming from closer to the hub side  or the axle/transmission side.

the car handles fine when driving, its just a really loud noise... any ideas?

here are videos while driving and while jacked:

How long has the noise been present?

If it is the wheel bearing, get very good quality/OEM ones.
