Hi Scotty,
I have a 2003 expedition Eddie Bauer with 245k miles. It has heated and cooled seats, however the driver seat doesn’t work. The fuse is good, I’ve tried a ‘new’ switch (from the junk yard), and connectors under the seat are all connected and in good condition. What could it be?

I know it's generally the circuitry burns out inside the seat which is a royal pain in the ass requiring taking the seat all apart. It's really not worth fixing. But if you could find a used seat from a junkyard you could try that just bolts in and out
