Clunking and groaning noises

2011 nissan rogue s 2.5 147k

To start, the car was driven into a ditch and such caused a groaning noise when tight slow turns were taken. Also the driver inner tie rod was bent.

So after replacing the passenger CV axle (inner boot was ripped open) and driver inner tie rod, some groaning remains and now a small clunk when going over bumps.

Lifting up the front of the car and checking the front wheels at 12-6/3-9 only the passenger tire wiggles the slightest at 3-9. I tightened the lower ball joint pinch nut a bit more since it looked like the lower ball joint could move a tiny bit. It still wiggles 3-9.

To add while much of the groany pirate ship noises went away, it no longer happens on left turns but going back to straight from a right turn it comes back.

What should I check/replace before getting an alignment done?

When parked and bouncing the vehicle the clunking happens. Passenger side only (ditch in side)
Turning lock to lock a few times while parked makes no noise.

I failed to note the boot to the ball joint seemed loose when I was replacing parts. I'm going to test the play in the ball joint and bushings on the lower control arm tomorrow

can you reproduce the sounds while the car is parked? (by rocking it or whatever?)
