Hey Scotty, I have a 2007 Mitsubishi pajero with 170,000 miles and an automatic transmission. The car jerks and clunks when going from reverse to drive or vise versa but it shifts well when in motion. What could be the problem and how do I fix it?

New transmission. I'll bet nobody ever changed the fluid and filter.

Are all the engine & transmission mounts verified to be in good shape?
