clunking when turning right

Hello 2001 Honda Civic LX 5-Speed with a lil over 170K miles. This seems to have started after going over a bump but when I turn the steering wheel right while driving that's when it can be heard and its continuous the whole time. It also clunks at acceleration when I go from first gear to second. All of the sound comes from the passenger side never the driver side. Lower Control Arm Bushing? Ball Joint? Any other things I should check and replace?

Try testing your tie rods, jack the car up an tug on the tire left an right if you got play then it’s probably your tie rod easy replacement, of course check your upper and lower ball joints while you’re at it by tugging from the 6 an 12 o’clock position of the tires if there is movement on one or both of those sides it’s them check them first if you haven’t yet

That could be it
