Code 85-01 VSA Signal Failure 2015 Honda Civic

Hello everyone, I have a 2015 Honda Civic with 40,000 miles. I used an OB2 scanner on my car a few weeks ago and I got an electronic power steering code 85-01. This code stands for VSA Signal Failure. I cleared the code with the scanner because the VSA system seemed to work fine as the light did not come on. I also tested it by turning the VSA on and off on my car. I then re-scanned it a week later and I got the code again. This seemed odd to me because the VSA system seems to be working fine. Will anyone know what it could be?

Thank You!

Well when you get a VSA signal failure it can be the sensor it can be the wiring it can even be a circuit in the computer or a software failure.if I were you I would contact Honda with your VIN number and see if there is any upgradable software that they can reprogram and pray it's that. Unless you hit something or dirt or metal pieces of messed up the signal coming from a speed sensor which can happen
