I have a Honda Accord 2010 LX with 155,000 miles automatic transmission. Days ago it triggered the check engine light, but it went off hours later. I decided to scan it even though the light wasn’t on anymore, and found a P0171 apparently (fuel metering too lean).
what does that mean? And how could it be fixed?
Should I stop using the car until I fix it?
Thank you!!

it means the fuel/air mixture has too much air or not enough fuel. Check your fuel pressure and look for vacuum leaks.

You can still drive the car.
