Hello everyone,
I drive a 2014 Honda CRV with 50K km. when the temperature drops to -40 degrees Celcius, I see the suspension parts in the wheel well are frozen and covered in ice/snow. And when I drive over the bumps, I hear a metal noise in suspension I think.
Can I prevent the suspension from freezing? Would WD-40 or White lithium grease help? Do I spray the suspension, strut mount, bushings before winter begins?

I wouldn't worry about it too much. Ice should't hurt your suspension.
