My 03 mustang V6 sucked in water through the intake. We didnt realize and kept attempting to start. The next day i removed the plugs and drained the oil and water out. I tested compression and it won't hold. Could this be damaged valve seals?

compression on my 1st 2 plugs and it doesnt hold compression. Do u think a valve seal replacement would get my vehicle to start? As of now i get crank and no start

After sucking in water and trying to start it; pray it's just the valve stem oil seals. Expect the worst and hope for the best

Did you do a wet compression test? Check out Scotty's video

He explains the wet compression test.....Starts a 4:15 to 4:45

If it won't start you have bigger issues than valve seals. Water won't compress so you likely bent your connecting rods.

Exactly!

Or worse, cracked the block too.
