Coolant Leak

Topic starter

I have a 1993 Chevy Suburban manual 2wd 1500 with 95K original miles. I have replaced all hoses on the water pump and the radiator, the water pump, the thermostat and the radiator and I am still putting in a gallon of fluid at least once a month. The oil seems fine, not milky, going to change filter and oil tomorrow as it’s due. Any idea where my fluid is going?

It is either leaking or burning, there are no other choices. Use a pressure test and/or uv dye to find leaks. Test for a blown head gasket.

The coolant is probably exiting via the exhaust. Check the head gasket.
