Hi i Have 2011 honda civic 99k kms. I just had my coolant flushed 2 months ago. I noticed that my coolant level in the morning in the reservoir tank fluctuates every time. There was an instance where it was at the minimum level then sometimes it rises. But it never got emptied. I toped it up the other day righth at the full mark when engine is cold but after 2 days i noticed it drop a bit at a cold engine

I toped it up the other day righth at the full mark
It's not a "full" mark. It's the MAXimum mark
If you fill it to MAX when it's cold, then it will overflow when the engine gets hots.
It should be at the full mark with the engine fully warmed up. It sounds like whoever flushed and refilled your system did not burp all the air out of the system properly.
