I have replaced the front windshield water pump but still does not work
but the rear one works fine.

Well first make sure you're getting power and ground to the wiper motor. If it isn't you have to fix that you might need a new switch or wiring. But if it is then the line would be clogged up you can often clean the squirter nozzles with little thin needles
