Greetings, thanks in advance. 2003 Toyota Camry, LE. 4 cylinders, automatic. Co-part purchase but clean title due to no major accidents. Seems like new engine, transmission, starter, etc. none of the fans by the radiator turn on when the car is started, no matter for how long. But they turn on when AC is turned on. Is wiring diagram changed from original. Please advise. Thanks again.
I am not sure what you mean by "is wiring diagram changed from the original".
It is normal for all fans to operate when the AC is turned on. Have you tested the sensor that operates the fans according to coolant temperature?
I'll go with @chucktobias with this one. The temperature sensor unit may be malfunctioning or the fan control module or both. You know the fans are OK.
