2011 Ram 1500 4.7l, 113000 miles, automatic.. got a p0481 code. Says change the relay, but the relay is good. Will low coolant levels cause the cooling fan not to come on. Thank you. Love your YouTube channel

The cooling fan or the wiring might be faulty too.
