Hi, Scotty and team, my toyota corolla 2008 zre152r hit the curb on the left side of the car, tyre blew, rim bent a little bit. I changed new tyre but did not check for any damage or took it to a mechanic. Now my car sometime turns to the left side about 1/4 of a steering wheel turn when i hit a pothole or a bump or accelerate and my hand just slightly touch the steering wheel at that moment, just sometime, not all the time. No vibration, still go straight at 110km/h. Another problem is my steering wheel turns 2 full turn to the left but only 1.5 full turn to the right. What should i do? will it affect the front components badly later? Thank you, have a good day! You helped me save thousand of dollar with your DIY videos. Best mechanic ever!
For this one, you really need to have it looked at by a good front end shop for any hidden damage.
Who knows what got bent and threw off your alignment after the curb hit..
