I got an old 2000 corolla 131k miles I recently got my hands on some oil 5 w 30 full synthetic at my job but I don't use full synthetic I use convention or synthetic blend is full synthetic safe to use ?

Not 100% sure what you're trying to ask but you can switch from conventional to synthetic blend to full synthetic without any problems and vice versa
