2004 Honda Accord LX 4 cylinder. So I contacted the seller and was told the cluster was changed on my car. It said it had 115,000 on the sticker. My car title says it has 70,000. When I tried to sell it online the place called me and said they ran a Carfax report and it really has 244,000 on it. I've read that Carfax can sometimes be wrong I also think the seller could be lying. Is there a possibility to see how much miles is really on the car?

The most reliable record is the paper trail. Service/title/insurance/DMV records.
It may be possible with a high level diagnostic scan tool. Ask at your dealership.
