This mechanic charged me $887.00 to just replace 2 brake lines and 2 wheel cylinders. How much it cost to do this? I feel like he ripped me off for a 1998 chevy S10 truck V6 4.3L

You did. He probably charged you by the hour when the car was on the rack while he waited for parts. Bummer!
