Crank no start

I have a 2004 first f150 4.6 new body style. My vehicle cracks but doesn't start. I've replaced PCM, throttle body, crank sensor, cam sensor, fuel pump, fuel filter, spark plugs ,fuel rail pressure sensor, fuel pump driver module, fuses are good,  truck starts with starter fluid but dies immediately after. Took it to dealership and they are stumped and I got tired of them taking my money. Dealership said fuel pressure was good

How about the injectors? Clean them.

My vehicle would run for about thirty minutes and die. PCM and throttle body came up on the codes. I replaced the PCM with new keys now it only cranks and no start. Took it to dealership they reset the perameters on the pcm. Still same issue. I have replaced fuel pump, fuel filter, plugs, camshaft sensor, crankshaft sensor , throttle body, fuel pump control module, fuel rail pressure sensor , gas regulator, cleaned injectors, battery has a very good charge and I replaces the terminals. Still same issue. When I turn key to on PCM relay clicks one time, when I turn it to start it clicks another time. Does anyone know what maybe the issue? I'm stumped and the pats light blinks normal with no key and when key turned to on position stays steady for two seconds then goes out.

I see that a lot of things were replaced, but not much was verified through testing.

There are no codes being pulled from my scanner.....

right, but fuel pressure test? ignition spark and timing test? injector test? what is your mileage and so on

If they confirmed good fuel pressure and the only way you can get the truck to run is to spray starter fluid then it's time to test for power to the injectors and then for a ground signal from the PCM.

If you look at how it's wired, all of the injectors get their power from 1 wire. If no power is getting to that wire, none of the injectors will work.

(in the diagram all of the wires to the right of the fuel injectors are power. see how they share a common source?) The diagram says they're the red wires on all of the injector connectors. It also says that they get power in both the RUN and Start key position.

So you could grab a test light, turn the key to RUN, and see if the test light lights up when you probe that red wire at a couple of the fuel injector connectors.

If you're getting power to those injectors it's a pretty safe bet that the PCM isn't switching the ground signal.

Those are the wires to the left of the fuel injectors in the diagram and they all have a different color code which are also shown on the diagram.

You can confirm the lack of a ground signal with a noid light or even an LED test light by testing the other wire on the fuel injector connector for a "pulsing" ground signal as somebody cranks the engine. . If you don't have a ground signal, you'd want to move back to the PCM and select at least one of those ground wires at the pcm connector to back pin it just to confirm it isn't a wiring connector issue between the PCM and the fuel injectors and that indeed the PCM isn't providing the switching ground.

Once you confirm what's missing here you'll have a direction to troubleshoot. If the PCM isn't providing a ground signal to the injectors you can start checking out why.

But the fact that it will run on starter fluid tells you the computer is getting sensor signals to time the ignition coils so it may be likely that the PCM is having an issue with the anti theft system and shutting down the fuel injectors.

Dealership said good fuel pressure , yiuay be onto something with the pats system. But dealership stated they reset the parameters . I kept telling them they needed to code the PCM to the pats
