I have a 99 integra and I just changed the intake manifold and throttle body , but know it won't start. It has spark and fuel pressure. It will also start if I spray starting fluid. I've test all sensors and they are good. I don't know what to do now. What do you suggest?

You got fuel delivery issue. Are you sure the injectors work?
