I own a 2005 Mitsubishi Lancer auto. I had this car for nearly 14 years. Great car and very reliable. But I had a boo boo situation. The interior light glob blew, and I tried to remove it. It wouldn't budge. So I used a small screwdriver to pry it out. My memory has deserted me, if the ignition was on or off at the time. Here's what happened. The car still drives great, just these little issues have now become apparent.
1. The digital clock does not work.
2. The central locking does not work. I have to use the car key to open the driver's door.
3. The driver's window does not operate for the 30 secs after the ignition is turned off. All the windows operate normally when the ignition is on.
4. The hazard lights only operate when the ignition is turned on.
5. The trip meter returns to zero when the engine is turned off. Obviously, I'm driving the car.
6. When the engine is turn off, the headlights turn off, even when the light switch is on.
