Hi Scotty,
I have a 2014 Mazda6 that had begun making creaking/groaning sounds when I turned the vehicle at low speeds. I thought it was possible the CV joint wearing out. I took it to a mechanic and he said it was a worn tie rod and replaced it. The sound is still there and sounds even worse now! He told me that the part would "take some time to wear in" but the sound would get better. Now, I'm hearing this groaning when turning as well as accelerating. Do you know what this could be?
Thank you for considering my question.

Find a better mechanic and have your wheel bearings checked as well as suspension bushings.
