Hi Scotty how’s it goin, I have a 2014 kia Sorento 2.4 liter gdi with 170,000 km on it, lately im hearing e wierd cricketing noise if I press the gas pedal lightly wether on accelerating or on neutral which will disappear when I floor the gas pedal. What might be the cause of this? Thank you.

is the sound coming from the pedal, or somewhere under the hood (like the throttle)?

Squirt a little WD40 on the accelerator pivot points. It's probably just plastic rubbing against plastic.
