2000 F150, drivers side was hit, repaired but now door open (chimes go off) wheel won't lock, cruize dosen't work,push "ON" button together w/set button horn blows. Seriously what's a good fix? Without telling me to start over (new truck). thank you for not laughing,(hee hee).

Other things to check are the upper steering column and clock spring may have been damaged in the collision along with the switch that triggers the door chimes.

The BCM might be shot.
What's a "BCM"?
body control module.

who did the repairs? were insurance companies involved?
