Hello scotty , i have a  2010 Honda crv at about 183,000km , when i ever i accelerate and hold a speed between 40km/h and 60km/h i feel some sort of vibration or shudder , but if just accelerate past the speed without holding it i wont feel it

I had experience the same issue on my CRV EXL 2013 2.4 70K km. I took it to the dealership and all they did was a software update and fluid changed. Problem solved.

Could be a fuel problem (when was the fuel filter last changed) or a transmission problem (when was the trans fluid and filter last changed?)  Have it scanned for any codes.

Do the drain and refill for the transmission with Honda OEM fluid only.

Also, if it's "All Wheel Drive", you will want to change the rear differential fluid and make sure all 4 tires are the same size/model.

i have scanned the vehicle there are no transmission related codes , i don't know if the transfluid has been changed because i bought it at about 165,000km , do you advice i change the transmission fluid at 183,000km which is approximately 113,000 miles , also its a 4 wheel drive , i have changed the diff fluid , but i have removed the drive shaft as it was bad , i haven't put it in a new drive shaft , so its practically a 2 wheel drive currently
