I saw a vdeo where u used a resiter on battery to clear codes but u pulled computer to shoe us what could be damaged. Should l leave my comp. In and just use drain tool on battery terminals like l think l should or pull comp like you did its very confusing how u did it.

He'll leave the computer in. You just disconnect the battery terminals and then put it resistor between the cables
