Hey Scotty,
While changing my CV Axles on 2015 Nissan Altima SV, do you recommend to use grease lubricant or CVT fluid as lubricant on the front tip of the shaft?

lubricant on the front tip of the shaft?
I don't know what the "front tip" is , or why it would need lubrication. Just push it in and you're done.

You can use a little grease on the retaining clip and its groove on engine side of CV spindle. If your having any trouble with install the grease will help hold it in place evenly for easier install.
