I have 2015 Altima and the Manual book said I have to use Genuine Nissan CVT fluid and is it ok to use castrol NS-3 fluid since mu Altima has 160,000 miles.♦️

The CVT is the weakest link on those vehicles. I would stick to only the OEM fluid. You also should have been changing the fluid every 20,000-30,000 miles on those; and don’t drive the vehicle hard. This would help prolong life of the transmission a little but it’s still a weak link.
If you are able to, at 160,000 miles I would look to get rid of the vehicle before your CVT eventually goes out: it is living on burrowed time.
