I have a 2008 Chrysler Town &. Country with 112,000 miles - we recently received the car as a gift.  Out of the blue, the drivers headlight low beam and turn signal stopped working.  I have swapped bulbs with known good and they do not light either.  i am concerned I will have to take this to the dealer and spend big bucks.  I am trying to find the fuse, I thought it was J10, but I removed the fuse and the other headlight kept working.  How can I troubleshoot this and not have to spend a ton of money.  I am not a great mechanic.

Thank You you very much.

It sounds like a grounding wire fault.  Look for loose or disconnected wiring at the plug in attachments.

Check the headlight socket as well. Sometimes they can be rusted and cause this issue.
