Hi Scotty, im currently struggling with my car’s high idling and when i found out that may evap system is deleted. Is there to find a vacuum leak without evap system?

Not really. The videos directly answer your question. And if not, then perhaps you can explain why instead of being quarrelsome. And I'm sure you've watched all 3,200 of Scotty's videos all the way through right?
Yes, there can be vacuum leaks without an EVAP system (just probably no EVAP leaks...)
If the EVAP delete was done poorly, maybe the purge valve is still attached and is the thing that's causing issues.
Id just try and find vacuum leaks the traditional way, and if you can't find any then I'd check fuel pressure, pedal position sensor (if it's electronic, I'm unsure about your car), clean the throttle, the regular things...
